The South Placer Municipal Utility District (“ EqrDzl 04873033 6DCAypZaz 62771 UP 2G8 uD lY620 Vf 550142 63 657301 15 INdZA xtI 91Mq36 bNmMKnvl 27572 Kmi biedDistrict”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide architectural design and consulting services for the improvement, redesign, and space planning of the District’s Headquarters building, located at 5807 Springview Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677. The District’s Headquarters Building was originally completed in 2008 and has undergone renovations to repair damage to the building and to enhance the lobby security. As the District continues to evaluate operational needs, it has highlighted that there are several underutilized areas within the Headquarters Building that it would like to redesign to improve functionality and better meet the District’s ongoing and future needs. The District is specifically interested in exploring the potential creation of an additional office space, additional bathroom, and a quiet room, soundproofing the existing spaces, and improving the functionality of the existing Board Room and open office spaces. The District’s Headquarters and Corporation buildings are located at 5807 and 5805 Springview Drive in Rocklin, CA. The Administrative Services and Technical Services Departments work from the Headquarters building (total 12 employees), and the Field Services Department works from the Corporation Yard Building (total 18 employees). The District’s Headquarters Building is open for the public during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7am to 4:30pm and Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, and is also the location for the District’s Board Room and public meetings of the Board of Directors. This project will include all items necessary to consult, design, and acquire necessary permits from the City of Rocklin for construction. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held at 5807 Springview Drive on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
