Description / Background: The City of Chino Hills (“City”) is requesting proposals from interested and qualified vendors for the purchase of a Code Enforcement application and implementation services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a Code Enforcement system for use by City staff for case creation, case management, data analytics and reporting. The Code Enforcement division is responsible for maintaining and improving the general appearance, safety, and property values of the City. In an on-going effort to maintain the quality of life in the City, Code Enforcement Officers respond to citizen's complaints regarding observed and alleged violations of the Municipal Code. The Code Enforcement division is currently using CivicPlus for Code Enforcement complaint submissions and case histories.
