The City of Grand Terrace seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms to develop a comprehensive Storm Drain Master Plan to assess and enhance stormwater infrastructure. This plan will evaluate existing system conditions, assess flood risks, and propose effective management enhancements. Deliverables include a detailed report with recommendations, conceptual designs, GIS-based mapping of the storm drain system, and presentation materials for public engagement. The master plan aims to guide long-term investments for sustainability and efficiency, minimizing costs and liabilities. Presentations to City staff and the Council will seek approval and communicate project findings and recommendations to ensure public understanding of the plan's technical aspects. If the proposal does not have a timeline with milestones it will not be considered.
