COUNTY OF GLENN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NON-AERONAUTICAL AGRICULTURAL GROUND LEASE LOCATED AT THE WILLOWS-GLENN COUNTY AIRPORT (WLW) THE WILLOWS-GLENN COUNTY AIRPORT - WILLOWS, CA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Glenn (COUNTY) as the owner, operator, and airport sponsor of the Willows-Glenn County Airport (Airport) which is managed by the Glenn County Public Works Agency, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced entities interested in non-aeronautical agricultural ground lease for parcels located within Willows-Glenn County Airport property limits. Total leasable PREMISES consist of approximately 128.70 acres (See Site Map). The parcels do have access to the aircraft operating & runway areas of the Airport. Utility connection points should be confirmed with the applicable County department. Proposals will be received at the Glenn County Public Works office at 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95988 from PROPOSERS, until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025. Proposals shall be clearly labeled “NON-AERONAUTICAL AGRICULTURAL GROUND LEASE LOCATED AT THE WILLOWS-GLENN COUNTY AIRPORT” Proposer is responsible for undertaking such investigation as necessary to formulate the basis of its proposal and determine Proposer’s ability to comply with this RFP. A more detailed description of the tasks required to complete the projects are defined in the RFP. RFP Documents may be inspected and/or copies obtained at the Glenn County Public Works Agency at 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95988 or viewed online at: http://www.countyofglenn.net/govt/bids . Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or select the Proposal which it deems in the best interest of the COUNTY to accept.
