The goal of this procurement is to purchase complete, turnkey Automated ScrubEx Dispensing Machines that include hardware, software, integration with existing infrastructure, staff training, maintenance/support and ongoing technical support. The system must be a plug and play application with a robust reporting capability to enable accurate usage tracking and inventory management. This upgrade will enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and hygiene compliance by automating the distribution and return of hospital-issued scrubs. It is intended to reduce loss, improve availability, and support infection control protocols within a high-demand clinical environment. The County reserves the right to award a contract without further negotiation; therefore, bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their most competitive pricing with their initial quotation. All quoted prices must be all-inclusive and reflect the total cost per unit, travel, inspection, delivery cost, shipping/handling and/or freight cost. In addition, provide all required forms and certifications, and any applicable maintenance plan.
