Description: The project consists of the modernization of six (6) existing elevators. The work includes but is not limited to the following: modernize existing elevators including new hydraulic pump units and controllers, provide new cab finishes in four (4) passenger elevators, upgrade existing electrical to accommodate new elevator equipment, add or modify existing fire alarm devices to accommodate new elevator equipment, add new mini-split air-conditioning units to existing elevator equipment rooms.
