South Coast Water District is seeking bids for the purchase of Scott / 3M SCBA Equipment, Inspection, Maintenance, and Training as specified in Exhibit A. The objective of this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) solicitation is to identity the lowest cost, responsive and responsible bidder to provide the good(s) and service(s). The term of the agreement is for one (1) years with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year terms for additional services.
