The 673d Security Forces Squadron requires a digital recording system specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of recording custodial
interviews. The system is required to encompass two separate interview rooms with one camera and microphone per room with the ability for the
interviewer to covertly start and stop the recording from the interviewers seat.
The system must possess the capability to store 4TB of data and must have a dedicated computer workstation. System must include a illuminated "in
use" sign for each room while recordings are in progress. The system must provide the interviewer the ability to digitally flag the recordings at
critical points of the interview, include momentary wall switches to start and stop the recording, and must include the capability to read/write DVD/
Blu-ray disks. The system must come with installation, on-site training, and a 3-year hardware warranty, and must include 5 year service to include
yearly license and maintenance subscriptions. This system will be a stand-alone, and must possess the ability to store files in a manner compatible
with devices imaged for use on the Air Force network
