Spill response, investigation, remediation, transportation, and disposal of, hazardous, non-hazardous, petroleum-based materials, substances, and wastes. This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
