The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified Alarm System Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below
General Statement of Work:
PWM ATCT: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to refurbish fire life safety systems at the Portland International Jetport Air Traffic Control Tower in Portland, ME in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.
1. Contract performance time is 45 calendar days after issuance of the notice-to-proceed
2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside
3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors
4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million
5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00.
6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.
The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late July 2025. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by July 11, 2025.
