Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. Are you able to submit a proposal for a quantity that is less than 10 units?
What is your production lead time?
If you are a small business, does your method of fulfilling the contract comply with the limitations of the subcontracting clause?
