EVWD seeks to conduct a strategic plan update to help guide the organization and outline its direction for the next 5 years, with long-term considerations for the future. To achieve this goal, EVWD would like to engage professional services to assist in producing a strategic plan. The overall goal of strategic planning is to provide a road map for EVWD to operate efficiently, engage with the community and to integrate sustainable water management and policy that support the District’s mission. The strategic plan framework design should consider the District’s FY 2023-24 Five Year Work Plan Priorities. The strategic plan will be used to re-direct the Five Year Plan going forward.
