The Department of Transportation is seeking to award five (5) year contracts by region for Contractor(s) installed crack sealing/patching materials as per minimum requirements identified in the specifications. Crack sealing contracts shall be AWARDED BY TDOT REGION FOR EACH TYPE OF APPLICATION (TDOT-applied vs Contractor-applied; 8 potential crack seal contracts) Patching contracts shall be AWARDED BY TDOT REGION FOR EACH TYPE OF APPLICATION (TDOT-applied vs Contractor-applied; 8 potential patching contracts). All questions will be compiled, reviewed, answered, and provided to all potential respondents. Please note the lines for rental equipment are ordered on an as-needed basis as projects are identified, so rentals will not be required for the duration of the contract.
