The Department of Transportation is seeking to award five (5) year contracts by region for Contractor(s) installed crack sealing/patching materials as per minimum requirements identified in the specifications. Crack sealing contracts shall be AWARDED BY TDOT REGION FOR EACH TYPE OF APPLICATION (TDOT-applied vs Contractor-applied; 8 potential crack seal contracts) Patching contracts shall be AWARDED BY TDOT REGION FOR EACH TYPE OF APPLICATION (TDOT-applied vs Contractor-applied; 8 potential patching contracts). Specifications, terms & conditions, and relevant documents are attached to the event. Please note the Questions and Comments deadline in the Terms and Conditions. All questions will be compiled, reviewed, answered, and provided to all potential respondents. Please note the lines for rental equipment are ordered on an as-needed basis as projects are identified, so rentals will not be required for the duration of the contract. The agency has estimated they will only use rental equipment for approximately 5 months over the course of the 5 year contract in each region. Contracts will be awarded by grouped lines.
