Selected Contractor(s) will provide City of Modesto, on request by assigned City staff, with qualified temporary staffing services. The Contractor will be informed of the specific duties or class title, length of assignment, and any specific skills or abilities required. A copy of the relevant job description for temporary staffing services requested will be sent by the City to the staffing agency at the time of the request. The Contractor will preselect the temporary employees and ensure they meet the minimum qualifications, minimum education and experience required for the job to be performed.
