The City’s primary objective for this RFP is to obtain a Contractor(s) to provide qualified and competent On-Site temporary staffing personnel on an as-needed basis. The scope of services set forth in this RFP represents an outline of the services that the City anticipates the successful Contractor will perform. The temporary staff positions the City seeks include but are not limited to the following positions: Administrative Staff, Office Clerk, Executive Assistant, Analysts, Information Technology Support Specialist, Finance – (Analyst, Accountant, Payroll Clerk, Account Clerk), and Human Resources (Coordinator and Clerk). Specialized positions may be requested. The selected Contractor will be expected to conduct all stages of candidate identification, including sourcing candidates, and advertise specific available positions to reach potential candidates. The Contractor will be expected to furnish complete, detailed references and background checks for each successful candidate. The Contractor will be expected to provide reports regarding temporary staff usage and costs to the City, as requested. The City makes no commitment to guarantee the number of times temporary help will be requested or the number of hours. Each individual assignment will be handled separately.
