Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Solicitation Documents. The SOW and Specifications are written for the upgrades of safety showers and eyewash stations for a USDA lab in Ithaca, NY.

There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. Site Visit is on July 9th.

All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC ([email protected]) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 17th, 2025. Questions submitted after July 17th until proposals are due may not receive a response. If questions are submitted after July 17th and you were not an attendee of the site visit and therefore would not be technically acceptable for award under Evaluation Factor 1, a response will not be provided.
