The U.S. Government currently occupies storage and related space in a boat slip under a lease that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
The Government requires a full-service lease for:
• Located within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA within the following boundaries:
N: Garden Hwy, E: Interstate 5, S: Sacramento River/American River, W: Interstate 80
• A minimum of 40-foot (rentable space) to a maximum of 60-foot (rentable space) boat slip.
• The boat slip must be reserved for the exclusive use of the Government.
• The slip must be secured and lit in accordance with the Security Requirements set forth in the Lease.
• The lease term shall be 1 Year Firm with 4 One-Year Option Periods thereafter (full-service lease pricing to include utilities).
CLARIFICATION: The Government will entertain lease terms other than full service.
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
