The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking small businesses interested and capable of performing on general construction, marine construction, renovation, alteration and repair projects on a Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build (DB/DBB), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) National Multiple Award Construction Contract (NMACC III) for General Construction Services in any of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
