The Work of this Contract generally consists of the construction of a 2.0 million gallon per day (mgd) water treatment plant (WTP) for the existing surface water supply. The WTP will utilize magnetic ion-exchange (MIEX) treatment, GreensandPlus filtration, PFAS contactors, disinfection, chemical feed systems, pumps, and appurtenances. Building components including HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, and electrical equipment shall be incorporated into the new WTP.
