The West Baton Rouge Parish Natural Gas & Water Systems will receive separate sealed Bids for the Water Improvements, West Baton Rouge Parish – North System, Contract No. 22-1841-28. The work consists of installation of 24,800 feet of 6” through 8” diameter PVC and 8” through 10” diameter HDPE waterline along with valves, fittings, and appurtenances. The West Baton Rouge Parish Natural Gas & Water Systems will receive Bids until 10:00 A.M. local time, April 25, 2023, at Utilities Department Natural Gas & Water Systems, Main Office, West Baton Rouge Parish Governmental Building, 880 North Alexander, Port Allen, LA 70767. An electronic bid can be submitted through Central Auction House at: https://www.centralauctionhouse.com. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. The outside of the Bid envelope shall be marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder and current Contractor’s license number. Note: The Bidder of this project, i.e. General Contractor, shall be registered as a Prime Bidder at the issuing office in order to submit a bid on this project. Thos Bidders who are not registered as a Prime Bidder will not have their bids accepted at the Bid opening.
