The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Wetlands Park Loop Trail Completion – Phase 1 and is located at 7050 Wetlands Park Lane, Las Vegas], Nevada 89122. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of Construction of paved trails and service roads, including demolition/clearing of vegetation, grading, new compacted aggregate base, installation of new asphaltic concrete pavement, new concrete footings and painting. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Subsurface conditions, selective site demolition, cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, painting traffic signs, earthwork, clearing and grubbing, grading, aggregate base courses, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete paving, fences and gates.
