JOTR GREENHOUSE & FENCING INSTALLATION
The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to procure and install a greenhouse and fencing in accordance with the statement of work in Joshua Tree National Park.
The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Place of performance will be Twentynine Palms, CA.
The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about July 8, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
