Roseburg Warehouse Improvements, Roseburg District, OR
This notice is posted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.213-2 Pre-solicitation Notices and FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for the Roseburg Warehouse Improvements in Roseburg, Oregon, for the BLM Roseburg District Office.
Work shall include mobilization, minor demolition, cast-in-place concrete, gypsum board, painting and masonry, ductless mini-split heat pump systems, electrical requirements, and lighting. This work will be completed at the Rose Warehouse located at 777 Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR, 97471.
The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than ninety (60) days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. The solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business set aside under NAICS code is ou h Construction of Miscellaneous Buildings, and size standard $45 million. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Buy American-Construction Materials.
The basis of award will utilize lowest price technically acceptable. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about July 16, 2025. The tentative anticipated period of performance is between August 2025 and October 2025. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
