Synopsis,
The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to Install Buried Water Tank Haleakala National Park (HALE)
Work to include:
CLIN 00010: Install Buried Filtered Water Tank IAW Specifications
CLIN 00020: Option A- Installing a vehicle turnout with a compacted gravel surface, bounded by a low-profile concrete wall and metal railing on the tank side.
CLIN 00030: Option B- Installing a vehicle turnout with a hardened asphalt surface, bounded by a low-profile concrete wall and metal railing on the tank side.
CLIN 00040: Option C - Installing exterior tank coatings for the filtered water tank.
The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 with a size standard of $45M. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.
The project magnitude is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
Place of performance will be Haleakala National Park (HALE), Hawaii.
The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about 23 Jun, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
