THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, intends to issue a solicitation to mill and overlay damaged asphalt at the entrance road in Playlinda District of Canaveral National Seashore, Titusville, FL 32789 (Brevard County) on or about May 13, 2024. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P5424R0016. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the solicitation documents.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 237310. The small business standard is $45M. The cost range is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000.

All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions.

SITE VISIT: Only (1) one site visit is scheduled for this action on May 28, 2024 at 10:00am (ET) in Titusville, Florida. Details will be provided with the solicitation. Any questions must be received via email by 10:00am (ET) on May 31, 2024 to [email protected].

TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded towards the end of Jun 2024. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Brevard County, FL will apply.

The Government intends to award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The solicitation will be posted on sam.gov on or about May 13, 2024. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents including drawings will not be available - all available documents will be posted for download.

Offers will be due no earlier than 30 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
