Teton Dam 50th Commemoration Overlook Project
The Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Regional Office of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a construction contract to remove and replace an existing asphalt overlook with a concrete overlook with guardrails and informational kiosks. This project is located approximately 5 miles northeast of Newdale, Idaho in Fremont County.
The Principal Components of Work:
A. Work consists primarily of renovating an existing overlook site.
B. Demolish existing asphalt overlook, septic tankage, and associated elements.
C. Install asphalt pavement parking lot with associated elements.
D. Install concrete overlooks.
E. Install new restroom building.
F. Install new picnic tables.
G. Install miscellaneous site improvements including bollards, waste receptacles, a flagpole, and trees.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM).
