This requirement is being procured as a FAR Part 16, 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. Only VISN 21 MACC group 2 Contract holders are invited to participate. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and Small Business Association s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT) at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $19M.
