The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking specialty trade contractor construction services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for project no. 613-22-128 Replace Steam Piping from B320 to B500 Phase I at the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV 25405 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, fencing, soil preparation and reseeding of lawn for the addition of direct-buried pipe from the Boiler Plant, Bldg. 320, to the interior of Hospital, Bldg. 500, in the Basement Interstitial Space, electrical construction to include manhole lighting and receptacle, mechanical construction to include addition of 8 high pressure steam main and pumped condensate mains and certain other items. Estimated construction cost range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The firm must be a Specialty Trade Construction firm approved under NAICS: 238220, size standard: $19 million.
