The Army Field Support Commands contracting team is seeking industry comments and suggestions on a draft solicitation for the M314A3 Illumination Cartridge. We solicit your comments and ideas to help make this a more effective process and produce better documents. You are encouraged to evaluate and challenge all elements of the draft solicitation. Comments on the DRAFT solicitation are voluntary. All questions and their respective answers will be posted under the Questions and Answers link at the website. Incorporation of comments into any future document will be at the discretion of the Contracti ng Officer. Comments must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] NLT 3:45 CT 08 September 2005. Offers are not being solicited at this time as the anticipated solicitation has not been finalized and has not been released. It should also be noted that currently there are NO FUNDS available for this effort. This posting should in no way be interprete d as the official release of the solicitation. Award will NOT be made as a result of this draft solicitation. When and if a final, official solicitation is issued, a formal announcement will be made in FedBizOpps.
