NOTICE TO INTENT TO AWARD On behalf of the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contracting Center of Excellence intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis Uniform Services Almanac, Inc., collect, complie, print and distribute a 256-page Army Reserve Almanac, a paperback guide on the Army Reserve that include benefits and incentives associated with the Army Reserve. The purpose of this Almanac is serving as a retention tool provided to each reserve soldier to keep them informed on many reserve issues (i.e. ever changing benefits and incentives). There is No solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes. Interested firms may send a capabilities statement to the attention of Yong N. Foston, CCE, 5200 Army Penta gon, Room 1C256, Washington, DC 20310-5200. Capability statement must be received by this office within 10 days from publication of this notice.
