Notice of Intent to Award the Purchase of ACL Version 8 (200) User License and Premium Support Serial #33707W from ACL Services Ltc for the period 30 September 2007 - 29 September 2008. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Army Contracting Age ncy, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ALC Services Ltc, located at 1550 Alberni Street, Vancouver, BC to provide ACL Version 8 (200) User License and Premium Support. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). Interested per sons may identify their interest and capability statements no later than 14 September 2007, 3:00 pm EST. The capability statements should include the company name, address, contact information, business size, and detailed explanation of how your organiza tion can meet the requirement described herein. Individual responses containing company proprietary information must be marked accordin gly. Such information will not be released outside the Government.
