The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2 for the Annual National Leadership
Forum being held February 8-11, 2010. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price order. Closing Date is January 25, 2010 at 12:00noon.
