This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. The North Ameri can Industry Classification System for this procurement is 313311 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500.
