NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army – Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase ord er on a sole source basis with Varian, Inc., 2700 Mitchell Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94598. This effort is to provide the Government with a Cary 500 NV/Vis/NIR Scan Spectrophotometer system. The Cary 500 Spectrometer is the only spectrometer found capable of measuring wavelength range from 175 mm – 3300 mm, capable of color and Near Infrared measurement, and was controlled by modular software, all requirements under this procurement.
