Notice of Intent by the Government to place an order with Ziegler Power/Caterpillar Systems, Bloomington, MN for a 1 year with 4 option years maintenance agreement for a back-up generator procured through Ziegler Power/Caterpillar Systems. The origi nal purchase of the generator was competed. In order to maintain the 10-year Caterpillar warranty on the generator, it is the Governments intent to award the maintenance agreement to Ziegler Power Systems. The proposed acquisition, include the base year and 4 option years, is above $25K and any order issued will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted regarding business size and any potential source whic h feels they can meet the stated requirements must notify this office, in writing, at the address shown above. If, after 10 days of publication of this notice, no substantive written documentation is received in this office, an order will be placed with Z iegler Power/Caterpillar Systems.
