The Capital District Contracting Center intends to award a sole source contract to Willow Valley Family Resort & Conference Center, Willow Street, PA. The Contractor shall provide lodging, Sight and Sound theatre tickets, and food for the attendees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 721110 and the size standard is $6.5 million.
