The US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Gill Marketing Company of Phoenix, AZ, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and FAR 6.302-3, Industrial mobilization, engineering, developmental, research capability, or expert services; the following items. Two each, Rational Combination Electric Half Size Oven. Self Cooking control with 7 modes, combi-steamer with 3 modes. Six 13 inch by 18 inch or six 12 inch by 20 inch pan capacity. Clean jet auto clean. Model SCC61, Class 85. Two each, Rational Combination Electric Half Size Oven. Self cooling control with 7 modes, combi-steamer with 3 modes. Ten 13 inch by 18 inch or 12 inch by 20 inch pan capacity. Model SCC101. Two each, 1 inch, Installation Kits for Model SCC61. Two each, 2 inch, Installation Kits for Model SCC61. Two each, Mobile Combi-Duo Kits for the Model SCC61. These ovens have been identified through market research to meet the requirements of the Navy and the Air Force for use in shipboard galleys and field feeding environments. For this effort Gill Marketing will be required to manufacture, fabricate and test these ovens. Such an effort requires expertise in designing, fabrication and integration of these ovens to meet the Militarys operational, functional and developmental test requirements.
