The Capital District Contracting Center plans to award a sole source contract to Coyote Equipment for the purchase of a Coyote D40 Dumper for the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA 22211. The Contractor shall provide one Coyote D40 Dumper wi th an articulated front dump bed, automatic transmission, 4-wheel drive, carrying capacity of 8,815 lbs, a three sided glass enclosure, hydrostatic steering, and ability to completely turn around. The bucket must be able to tip to the front and either side . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 333120 and the size standard is 750 employees. This award is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND N O OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS, subparagraph 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
