This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC); Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a contract for personal dental services at various locations in the Continental United States (CONUS). This is a sole source pro curement. CHCC intends to negotiate only with Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) under authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1); however, any offers from interested parties will be considered. Award will be made on or about 30 Nov 06. The performance period will be 1 December 2006 through 30 November 2007.
