The Government anticipates awarding 1 Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Ashland Specialty Chemical, Dublin, OH. This product will be used by Natick as part of an on-going program to produce fibers for certain documents. These polymers have been used for over 5 years at Natick. There are no other known polymers capable of meeting the Governments requirements. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination.
