Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Compounded Solutions in Pharmacy LLC, 179 Main St, Monroe, Ct 06468-1107 for Ferrous Sulfate Capsule and Placebo Capsule. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
