Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to Cook Corporation under FAR 13.106-1 to provide their Stents, Catheters, Balloons, Guidewires and other cardiac products . The award will have a base period plus 4 option years for a total estimated value of $897,000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
