Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to Dictaphone Corp under FAR 13.106-1 to provide maintenance to the Dictaphone Dictation and Transcription System. Award will be for a base year plus 2 option years for a total estimated valu e of $585,484.98. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
