Madigan Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price order for Licenses for the Essentris System and technical upgrades to support the system for $25,054.48. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determ ination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon response received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to c onduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
