Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to Cordis Corporation under FAR 13.106-1 to provide their Cypher Sirolimus-Eluting Coronary Stents and associated cardiac products. Award will be for two months Not-To-Exceed $50K. This not ice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
