Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to Cordis Corporation under FAR 13.106-1 to provide their drug eluting stents and associated cardiac products. Award period will be one year, Not-To-Exceed $100K. This notice is not a reques t for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely f or the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
