Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to provide support for the Spectra Logic Tape Backup System. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Spectra Logic, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source a nd no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whe ther to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractors Registrati on database.
