NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army – Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase ord er on a sole source basis with CGF Helmet, Inc., 523 Benfield Road, Severna, MD 21146. This effort is to provide the Government with modified MICH High-Noise headsets. The Government plans on purchasing 58 modified systems for testing only. The CGF Helmet MICH High-Noise headset has a proprietary design for the communications components that the Government would like to examine.
