The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with BIACORE INC, 200 Centennial Ave Suite 100, Piscataway, NY 08854-3950. The contractor shall pro vide preventative maintenance to a Biacore X system. Biacore is the manufacturer and sole provider of preventative maintenance service for this system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 and the size s tandard is $6.5 million dollars.
