The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office on or about 29 December 2008 intends to issue a sole source purchase order/contract to Logistics Health Inc, La Crosse WI for the procurement of mobile audiometric services. The vendor is the only known source that can provide the service which includes access to the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System-Hearing Conversation (DOEHRS-HC) database in support of returning service members from Operation Iraqi Freedom.
